基本不评价的，但是这次忍不住了。马桶浴缸里都有头发，床单上有很严重的皱迹，而且也有毛发。打电话要求前台安排换，服务员就带了床单来，一再说是换了的，说床单上有毛发很正常，痕迹是我坐出来的。我请你们给我坐出这样的痕迹来看看。我要求被套枕套全管，服务员跑了三趟，给我不少脸色看。出门时一声不吭，房门也不给我带上。房价不算便宜了，虽然是旺季，300多就一个小单间，房间面积和香港可以媲美了，就这种服务，毫不客气地说是我住过服务意识最差的酒店。
