酒店非常好，完全超预期，房间乾净，隔音效果好，家俱齐全，特别适合旅居的游客，储物空间很多，还提供各种炊具餐具等，这点真的太温馨了。酒店前台小梅很专业，给我们升级了房间，还额外多送一份早餐，她对丽江的吃玩很了解，给我们推荐了很棒的餐厅！服务超好，从前台到餐厅，都礼貌而热情，感觉宾至如归！早餐也不错。总体来説，这里比大理的亚朵酒店体验要好，性价比也高很多，下次还会选择这家酒店。

丽江住了4天，首选希尔顿，地理位置方便，附近就有沃尔玛和大型商场，去丽江古城打车只需起步费，酒店设施齐全，房间挺大的，有可移动的办公桌和可调节高度的枱灯。前台的小姐姐小哥哥都热情周到，遇到问题都能迅速帮忙解决。酒店早餐也不错。性价比高。

小炜服务非常的贴心和耐心，对长者的服务态度真的好，非常适合家庭出行。房间安静隔音好，单独一栋楼，早餐丰富且座位不少。小炜还帮我们升级了房间，室内就能看到玉龙雪山日照金山还有丽江的跨年烟花。酒店自己的停车场，停车很方便，适合自驾。非常棒的体验！

酒店中心，出行特别方便，周边还有不少当地特色美食。
从前台办理入住时工作人员的热情接待。房间打扫得一尘不染，床品软乎乎的，躺上去就不想起来，晚上睡得超香。衞生间乾湿分离，沐浴用品质量也很不错，用起来很舒服。
早餐中西结合，不仅有现做的热乎煎蛋、培根，还有当地特色小吃，口味完全不输外面的早餐店。
这家酒店性价比超高，不管是商务出差还是旅游度假都很合适，下次来这边，我肯定还选这儿！

这个酒店从前台到客房服务都是非常到位的，前台全程微笑服务，当天来了就给安排了一餐，这可是没有想到的特殊关怀。客房服务也是无微不至，进房间就是洗的乾乾净净的迎宾高档次水果，绝对精品，一看就是用心了。另，房间缺点啥打个电话第一时间就给送来。这样酒店必须流连忘返且介绍推荐给亲友。住到这样的酒店才是真正感觉到回家了。

Overall this hotel has exceeded our expectations. This is the second time we stayed here. In terms of cleaniness, ambience & bits & pieces in the room, there's nothing to complain at all. Fruits basket was also provided. Facilities in toilet including bathing gel, shampoo & conditioner provided are of good quality. Sink and toilet bowls are well-maintained. Last but not least the toliet bowl is fully automatic. Strongly recommended.
