The hotel staff was very nice, caring and helpful all the time we stay and prompt provide any inquiries. The hotel not too far away from the old town. The view from the room was stunning and memorable. The traditional butter tea was enjoyable even I cannot understand the language but sitting and seeing was impressive. We missed the breakfast because we have plan to go to the Snow Mountain. We definitely to stay here again with family and friend. Take care everyone and hope to see you again soon.

The hotel provided excellent service; the staff were friendly and even helped us carry our luggages. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view was very nice and they even upgraded my room to the biggest and can see the sunrise our room. I’d definitely stay here again!

The owner and staffs are very helpful even before you stay. Gave good advice for the trip. Clean accommodations, good view rooms, looking out to see Yulong Snow Mountain view as shown in the picture. Especially the 5th floor has a beautiful view. In the evening you can go see the sunset. This place gives me a very warm and calm feeling. There’re a hand -drawn butter tea from Tibet prepare for guests, and you don’t miss afternoon tea was really delicious. I highly recommended this place! I love to play with little zhōngqiū as well, she’s very friendly ??

Front desk very great service , they would like to add guest in WeChat what I need or not understand they always reply my WeChat and very helpful , great hotel , the only bad is they dun have lift but no worry about luggage they will help
