We are a family of four. We really enjoyed our stay here in this hotel. The hotel manager is always so helpful and kind. Keep asking if we need anything , recommended places for us to eat and guided us in everything. Rooms are lovingly and spacious. They also help us move our luggage. Location is amazing and convenient. They provide tea appreciation, provide tea breaks. I have stayed in 2 hotels in lijiang old city and this is really highly recommended.

酒店的位置在出城入口附近，出行挺方便。酒店实施比较新，衞生挺乾净。当时是双十一订的酒店，性价比高。由於我们早上较早出发玉龙雪山，小姐姐还热情准备好早餐。住过後值得推荐给到丽江旅游的朋友。

满分好评！大水车附近步行可达景点，出行超顺畅。服务周到，提前沟通接送、分享攻略。房间乾净整洁，细节用心，晚上也有银耳羹。早餐颜值味道双在线，下次还来！

入住体验非常棒！大堂装修很有设计感，房间宽敞明亮，设施齐全，淋浴水压很足。服务员态度亲切，办理入住退房都很快。周边餐厅多，夜景也很美，值得推荐。

超级满意的一次出游！第一次带家人来丽江，人生地不熟，还好酒店的大家都很贴心亲切！娜娜人超级好，提前几天就安排好车来机场接我们，省去我们很多麻烦，位置特别特别好，如果想要好好逛古城简直不二选择，在大水车边上，出去打车也不远也不绕，进古城玩也特别方便，逛累了回酒店10分钟就回到了，房间非常乾净，一切用品都准备妥当，酒店有下午茶，东西很好吃！带出来，妈妈都赞不绝口！超推荐！

在云南旅游这几天住宿最满意就是乐野云舒了，环境衞生的标准都非常高！！工作人员服务也太友好了，娜娜姐姐非常热情??下午茶很绝喔，看我发的照片就知道～～楼顶也能看到雪山喔！以後有朋友要来丽江古城住宿，我会推荐这家！

连住两晚，酒店提供了接机服务。离开的时候，前台叫三轮车师傅帮我们把行李送到了附近的停车场。
管家娜娜帮忙做了房间升级，酒店因为在古城边缘所以很安静，睡觉不怕吵。酒店天台拍照很好看，门口10米处有株三角梅适合拍照。
酒店处於大水车附近50米吧，距离大水车和狮子山都近。丽江古城很大，从北门的酒店去木府和忠义市场稍远，我们是走路过去然後打车回来。但古城和忠义市场都不好吃，我们是打车去了本地人的昭庆市场吃鸡汤米线和烧烤；还有一顿是走到黑龙潭公园吃了民主路当地饭店。

这次入住的丽江乐野酒店 从预订确认开始 萱萱管家就主动联系我们 确认行程 提前安排好接机服务 到了酒店还提前帮我们把房间空调打开 一进门就是非常舒服的温度 帮忙拿行李 房间设施都挺好的 智能小度 床品乾净衞生 工作人员每一个都挺好的 有问题都随时解决 非常愉快的一次入住体验 推荐给身边的朋友们 [呲牙]

真的很好，丽江本来就很chill ，酒店就chill more ，主要地理位置太好了，出行交通方便，不会走很远的石板路，到主要景点也很近，更重要的是，後面就能看到雪山。酒店很乾净，也很典雅，管家早早就拉了一个微信羣有接机，有各种甜汤的服务，进出酒店都很热情，如果不是有轻微高反，真的想多住一天。
