酒店环境清幽，房间打扫得很干净，工作人员很有礼貌，因为航班较晚，感谢前台妹妹帮忙延迟退房，无论来了丽江多少次，只要看到有优惠的房券就还是会屯起来😄

来丽江第一次没有住在古镇里，酒店在文笔山附近，很安静，入住的时候给我升级了房型，在房间就能看到文笔海，前台、客房和餐厅的工作人员服务态度很好。希尔顿的品质还是有保证的，推荐入住。

酒店还不错，陈设布局比较舒服，还是蛮有格调的。前台ann 的服务很热情，帮忙升级房型也帮忙做了延迟退房，感谢！晚上住宿环境蛮安静的，早餐丰富营养！
