硬件相当到位，确实是度假酒店的级别。服务员也还行，就觉得不够亲切，公事公办，然后门口有等客的私车，去忠义市场要价40，我回来时用滴滴19.4

玉龙雪山下来，入住君悦，是明智的选择！同级别酒店里，房间算大的，庭院很宽阔，早餐值得称赞，食物很精致美味，果汁都是现场榨，酸奶品种多，服务生特别亲切有礼貌！带着父母孩子，还是住五星酒店靠谱～～

非常满意。山下山上各住一晚，山下景观造的很好，有商务车送束河古镇，还有国际一线名品店，购物体验很好。山上躺在床上可看到雪山，雪景阁用歺环境超好，服务人员很热情，刚好是小孩生日，专门从山下送了蛋糕，好感动。
