1.空调系统差到极致，酒店知道问题，就是各种理由推脱，看评价尽然这么多人反应空调系统是坏的，自己入住三天更换两次房间，尽然空调都是坏的，每天要与酒店沟通十几二十次才能解决问题，2.退房前预定接送车非常不准时，超过十分钟，自己拉着沉重的行李出来了，车子也没看到，结果到门口，都停着3.前台更滑稽，在前台问接送车怎么回事，说他们不管，找礼宾部，让转接一下，说他们无法转接，
