前台服务态度挺好，服务生还主动搬行李上楼。
洗浴用品很不错，全部都是牌子，日本可悠然，水之密语，屈臣氏身体乳。
房间内环境卫生一般，窗台桌子都有灰尘。
酒店外部环境也是比较差，出门右拐大概10米左右就是大路，很多马粪在路上，臭烘烘，旁边还有一条大疯狗，一天到晚乱吠，吓死人了。

酒店还不错，位于束河古镇里面，无论是购物还是出行都比较方便，早餐比较丰富客房也还蛮干净的，服务也很好。

早餐一般，地方小，人多，填饱肚子而已。酒店房间不错，能停车是亮点，但负责开门的经常溜号，不够负责。需要改进。

酒店位置优越，就在束河古镇边上，难得的是有地下停车场。入住的家庭套房，设施好，空间够大，床也睡的舒服。唯一的小不足，可能是刚开业时间不长，酒店配套的辅助服务人员待培训。

酒店环境很好 在束河应该算是不小的了。早餐简单但足以吃饱吃好，只是服务台的服务人员给人感觉表面上不像酒店那么专业～连着装都没有统一～～不过总体感觉还是很不错的～
