我们是晚上十点多到酒店前台接待服务员态度差到极点了，我们一家爱旅行只要一有空就会带孩子各地游玩，住过无数酒店三星级到五星级酒店，到了酒店办好了入住手续，这酒店电梯要刷卡，因为其它酒店从来没有要刷卡上电梯时我们刷了几次没刷上，就叫服务员结果那服务员黑着的脸过来口声很差的说那个酒店不是都一样的刷卡吗，我当时也没说什么一家上楼了，开房间进来用房卡取电没取上，打电话给服务员问怎么电打不开，服务员又没好口气的说你们不是还有一张卡吗？我到酒店办住房手续里时手到服务员也不告诉我们房间里要用电梯卡取电，还要我们打问服务员还态度很差，这是我第一次碰到态度这么差的，因为我们回来家里办事情这里离家近才选了这个酒店，
