酒店服务员态度极差，不诚实，明明有房间，因为网上订的房间有价差，就故意安排KTV上的房间，还撒谎说是没有其他房间了！这种服务员应该开除！严重影响酒店的形象，还号称是4星级酒店！差、差、太差！
