开业时曾入住过，当时服务还行，现在服务有点不到位，明明是服务员的疏忽却推脱给入住的客人，幸好咱是干旅游的知道国标星际酒店的标准，没被忽悠，建议加强对服务员的培训，让服务质量切实配得上四星级的标准
