一句话 老板还是老老实实卖红木家具吧 硬件再好 服务跟不上也不是一个合格酒店 ！四宗罪 一酒店没有热水，都这个年代了还有酒店放出来的是凉水 两个房间都是 给孩子冻够呛 二是空调也不好用 开了一夜 到早上是冻醒的 三是隔音太差了 七点多开始走廊都是服务员的对讲机声音 特别大声吵得很这是低级错误吧 四是早餐应该是外包的 明显没有应付人多的经验。续的太慢 就一个服务员 又要收拾盘子 又要服务大家 还要管收票。等个盘子都很久另外早餐质量也不行 连如家都不如 不要对早餐有任何期待。只有前台的服务还可以
