酒店大堂很气派，客房也很大，设施很完备；床够大，而且很舒服；周边超市、餐馆多，很方便。距离壶口瀑布100多公里，有高速很方便，下次去旅游还会住这家酒店。

卫生太差，房间的所有杯子都没经过清洗，更不说消毒了！简直不是星级酒店的服务和卫生，在就是卫生间浴缸的水漫到地面上在坐便附近集存，第二天早上还在，下水不好，很不方便！

房间很大，很新，交通便利，附近有一个大超市，购物也很方便。早餐比较丰富，有一定的地方特色，特别是绿豆饼，挺好吃的。
