1、酒店设施较陈旧，好多设施都是坏的。
2、酒店根本没有管家服务，没有服务可言，刚刚入住时候服务人全程爱理不理的，平时备品只要不去主动要根本就不会给。
3、从来不问一下是否需要打扫房间，其他更不会主动关心。
4、亮点是小区环境还不错。希望服务有所改善，不要白白浪费了小区的硬件条件，以至于没有客人再愿意来住。
