住的阿罗哈小区，小区配套设施挺多的，泳池免费使用，有电影院，儿童玩乐的，咖啡吧，业主餐厅，超市，房间可以做饭，真的是住在这里完全都满足了生活所需，离海边很近，步行5分钟左右就到啦。度假出游在这里很安逸，下次还会再来。

非常愉快的一次旅行，带着孩子一块出来的原订一天，后来觉得不错又继续续订了。房间很宽敞，是那种居家式的套房，房间的卫生很干净，我们家的娃都喜欢打赤脚走在房间里。雅居乐社区里还是有很多的餐馆，也有超市，我们还是在前台租用了一套厨具自己到英州市场买了一些新鲜的海鲜，做自助火锅，哈哈份量足，吃的也开心。店员们都很热心，谢谢你们。

酒店服务人员还是不错的，虽然不知道怎么称呼，还是蛮热情，态度也很好，给个赞。只是不是太好找，若没有服务员的接引很难找到酒店。

首先，途家斯维登是住家公寓，不是酒店。可以做饭，也有wifi。
我住的最小规格的公寓，位于瀚海银滩，这个小区算是清水湾海边公寓中，特别方便的一个小区了，周围吃喝玩都近。沙滩尤其近，又漂亮，是清水湾最好的沙滩。
服务态度特别好，就是效率太低，海南这边的服务都这样，悠闲悠闲的，天塌下来了也不着急的感觉。
总体很舒服，性价比很高。

这酒店真叫人无语，硬件还可以，就是服务太差太差了！想找个服务员比找对象都难，电磁炉不好使和前台通电话，用了两个多小时才换个好使的，门卡忘记带在门口等了一个小时才给我开门！要想度过愉快假期千万别来这里！服务太差！
