酒店的设计和位置还不错，景色宜人。但是餐饮服务确实是太差了，需要提高餐饮质量，但是对我个人来说，吃的东西并不太重要。出来度假，心情最重要。个别的前台的工作人员服务理念很有问题，后来多亏前台经理出面，顺利的解决了问题。还望后续能加强对工作人员服务态度以及服务意识强化培训。毕竟酒店的前台工作人员，是一家酒店的门面，是客人接触到的第一个人，能够给客人留下一个好的第一印象，在后续的工作中，也会给整体增分不少。

房间大，设施四星，服务需要加强，很多问题都得不到准确的回答，不过加床却出乎意料的舒服。最重要的是，山海景色无敌，我们住的山海阁C2栋，海景美得不要不要的，以前住过很多酒店的海景房，根本没法跟这里比
