要是有负分的选我肯定打负5分。第一感觉就是臭，臭气熏天，看着几公里的鱼排我也是醉了，本来上年来都没有的，今年再来变化太大了，臭死了。服务质量下降的也很厉害。

酒店各方面还可以，就是摆渡让人真的不敢恭维，去的时候是晚上了在码头等船等了大概有15分钟，回来时在码头竟然等了快一小时，打电话催了无数遍

总体来说还不错，只是服务意识没跟上。吃早饭，儿童票说打入房费，服务员说不行，你必须去前台买票。能不能支付宝支付，不行必须现金。一顿小孩早餐而已。

房间还行，因为在海边的原因有一点点潮湿，酒店环境很好，出门就是沙滩，酒店的餐厅也很实惠，酒店提供到码头的接送服务，酒店服务很好

这家酒店在南湾猴岛上面，16年的2月曾经入住过，酒店有拉网捕鱼，篝火晚会等活动。本来印象不错，这次选择继续入住,这次的入住发现明显服务不如以往，进岛以后，中途出岛没那么方便了，需要自己花钱做渔船出去，房间的床单上很多斑也没有清洗干净，晚上的篝火晚会全部给了旅游团队，要不是跟前台争取，连参加晚会活动的机会都没有了。希望酒店能够在服务方面给顾客提供应有的便利，如果这样下去会失去一些老客户的

带孩子来体验当初的蜜月之地的，酒店房间设施设备还可以，海景房是带阳台的，落地窗外边就是满目的海景很美！酒店院子紧邻海滩，海水干净。不足就是，饭菜不好吃，可能是因为在海岛的关系，菜色很少，味道一般！游玩性差，度假悠闲倒是不错！
