酒店前台服务及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。酒店的热水是24小时供应，水量大温度也很好，花洒喷头可调洗的很舒服。

酒店的房间非常干净、卫生，一进房门感觉空气比较清新。酒店的位置非常好，出行十分方便，酒店还可以代叫出租车， 周围有公交车站。

设施还好，床太软了不舒服，这边订的是有窗的，结果给的是无窗的房间，询问过了，她说是平台混乱了，是平台的问题，可是不管如何，我订到的还是有窗的呀，这点不好。
