进房间灯不亮，凌晨三点蹦的一声跳闸，最后开床头灯，早上5点在嘭一次跳闸，早上起来烧水在嘭一次，又不给换房间，前台态度及其高冷和不耐烦，这还星级标准？？？？？？？？？？？
