  设施虽然未全部是智能，但乾净衞生，服务热情周到。 美好时光下午茶，夜宵手工麪，咖啡都是很用心的！周边人民路海鲜一条街，便利！到各个景点路程也较短！酒店后边专属地上停车场，自驾游的朋友极方便！

  去年来临海住过一次，觉得这家酒店的地理位置很好，出门几步路拐弯就是人民路了，吃海鲜一条街非常方便，沿着巾山中路一直走就是紫阳街，酒店的住店费用包含了早餐、下午茶和夜宵，早餐有好几个当地特色的点心，而且他们酒店自己有烘培麪包，西点和蛋糕，所以早餐和下午茶里面也有这些特色糕点，酒店自己也有个停车场，停车也很方便，前台和服务员都很热情主动，性价比非常好，是来临海住宿的首选。

  房间是非常的乾净，而且态度又好，关键是有下午茶，晚上夜宵，早餐也相当的丰富，有他们的特色美食，退房后还送了伴手礼，到附近的美食一条街以及景点都出行非常的方便，我已经是第二次入住了，还会继续来

  停车和交通都很方便，门口也有共享自行车，挺乾净服务也挺好的，早餐很有临海特色，下午茶也很OK～离店礼物是曲奇饼乾，下次来临海还会选择这里。另外～那天灵湖的落日特别美～

  酒店的地理位置很好，旁边就是人民路。出酒店右转的人民路是有名的小海鲜一条街，十七八家海鲜排挡店价格亲民。左转的人民路上也有很多本地小吃店，吃完海鲜吃点烤姜汁蛋，舒服。酒店的服务也好，前台和餐厅的工作人员都彬彬有礼，需要什么水什么的很快响应。房间的设施不错，床品舒适乾净，采光明亮。推荐！
