酒店位置处于灵湖公园对面，一路之隔。因为整体有些年代了，所以内部装潢也稍显陈旧，有地面及地下停车库。酒店免费饮用水很小瓶，早饭7-10点供应，品种尚可，对于68元全价来说，挺丰富的了。一楼二楼都有餐厅，春节期间也都能供应，菜品口感都不错，价格也适中。整体而言，性价比还是非常高的。

酒店对面就是灵湖景区，风景幽美，果然是晨跑、发呆的好地方。房间够大，订的标间，没有冰箱，书桌上灯光有点暗，有点小遗憾。房间可能装修时间久，有点老化，但还可以接受！早餐还比较丰盛，服务比较及时，国庆期间人多也能随到随吃，值得肯定。总之如果去临海推荐入住，性价比还是可以的！
