酒店外观富丽堂皇，房间味道太重。服务极差，空调不制冷说调换个房间前台及维修人员说就这样没有房间调换，在楼层服务员大姐的耐心解释下勉强调换但制冷也不好。不知道酒店管理层如何管理的
