很干净的酒店，服务比较好，能感到跟热情，但过于形式化了，多用点心会更人性化。例如入住头天晚上打电话确认入住情况，说提前确认好了会安排高楼层什么的，结果来了以后三位朋友都是不同楼层，例如已经预定了3间房子，先入住了1位，后面两位来的时候，还要确认两位怎么住……预定3间房子，三位客人，你说怎么住？所以用点心比较好，整体服务没问题，我只是提出了一些更严格的意见罢了。
