最值得推荐的是酒店的服务意识，想方设法了解客人的需求和对提升酒店服务的建议。点赞！
细节之处很贴心:水果，干果，牛奶，问询电话…
但是，酒店没有特定的无烟房，这是硬伤！没做到与国际接轨。墙壁，地毯上吸附的烟味儿无法散除，住上一宿，头发，衣服上也会沾染，更别说吸了一宿的三手烟…
国外的无烟房对客人应该有明确告知，一旦吸烟将被罚款，客人根据自身情况自由选择，这样，酒店和每个客人的利益都得到保障。
另，房间咖啡建议改为黑咖啡，伴侣和糖自行添加才更健康。谢谢
