入住时的前台女客服真是渣，知道什么是做服务？谁给你培训的？那高傲的眼神，不屑的表情，不耐烦的言语，你以为你是女神啊？一个前台服务人员，不懂什么是服务，我不是来看你脸色的！再也不会去这么牛逼闪闪的酒店！

怕25平米的房间小，挑了一间35平米的豪华房，进屋一看，最多15平米，回想刚才登记房间时，总台有位小姐对另外一对要换房的情侶说的所有的大床房都不大，以为是一句搪塞的话呢……原来这才是真像，本来酒店的房间大小一样，只是卖价不同罢了
