刚刚入住，酒店一进门书香气息扑面而来，文艺范十足，环境很好，因为是临时落脚临沂，没想到超乎想象的好。因是刚下过雪，外面天气较冷，一进酒店大堂，就有经理送上热茶，暖胃又暖心，前台服务员微笑问候，并迅速的帮忙办理了入住，还主动给拿行李，虽是很简单的动作，却让我心里一暖，好像在外漂泊的心有了定所，有了港湾。还给了入住小零食，特别贴心。来到房间，卫生干净。住过很多酒店，房间的东西都大同小异，但服务却不同，在走廊有人亲切的和你问好，特别舒服。酒店位置也很好，打车很方便，出门就有饭店，还能看到对面河岸景色，物超所值的入住，以后有机会还会再来的，也会入住其他地方的和颐，对和颐的印象分大大提升，总体来说，前台和客房服务都很好，很专业，卫生也可以满足需求，会继续支持和颐，加油!

酒店设施很新，性价比非常高，床头电话可以充电，电动窗帘，特别要说的是服务人员的态度特别好，晚上老婆病了，没胃口没吃饭，10点才想吃饭，酒店人员去把我们带来的食物去加热了，还给送到房间里，很贴心，早上的菊花茶也很好喝。

挺惊喜，真的很不错，干净，设施很新，服务态度很好，窗帘电动的，洗澡水很好，花洒大，唯一缺少的是晾衣绳，就是位置偏些，不好找吃饭的地方，附近就楼下有家火锅，超级火，味道不错，
