酒店地理位置相当好 停车方便 对面泰盛广场 两侧是和谐广场 吃喝玩乐超级方便 酒店大堂气派 房间也干净整洁 退房时询问哪里有特色早餐 因春节也许不开门 总台小哥就贴心的赠送了打包好的早餐 很是温馨呢
唯一不足 房间内有消费品 我们自带了一瓶同品牌的矿泉水过去 后来被误认为使用了消费品 直接被扣费 当时很莫名其妙 后来才知此原因 事实我们没有动过 建议酒店先与客人核实再进行操作 更重要的是 加强客房打扫人员的工作态度 提高素质 虽然后来给予了退费 从事情本质来讲 需要杜绝此类事件的发生 加强管理 谢谢
