酒店干净，早餐也不错。就是空调不是很好，不怎么暖和。附近吃的地方不多，都是这次出差订了该酒店，下次还会再住的。

在当地算规格高的了，打扫得还算干净，整体没啥大问题。
早餐有临沂特色的糁，馄饨和饺子也不错。
房间也比较宽敞。
初秋去的，房间里温度特别高，开了空调调低温度但是没什么作用。
窗户玻璃挺脏的，影响欣赏外面的景色。
服务人员耐心有限，因为第二天回房间发现用过的毛巾没更换，打了两次电话让帮更换和送一次性用品，第二次时就已经有些不耐烦了。
早餐的牛奶，第一天喝正常，第二天不知道是不是因为赶上有婚宴住的人多，明显兑了很多水。

酒店建筑不错，整体看起来还是比较高大上的，床品很软很舒服，绿茶系列的洗发水很好用，电视反应有些慢，拖鞋是露趾头的，感觉有点怪怪的…

从环境、设施到服务，可以说都无可挑剔。尤其是前台史小姐和一位个子特别高的红色礼服小哥哥服务态度特别好，有求必应。带着看房间，帮忙将外卖送到20楼房间，我们临走忘记拿东西还帮我们寄到家。
房间的设施也比较高级，大落地窗，镂空隔墙，孩子可以耍开，浴盆里可以看电视也可以看孩子，比北京的四星级酒店要好很多。
