酒店服务很周到，客服经理刘经理很贴心，吃的玩的都很好，就是当时从同程订的价格与网站上承诺的服务项目不一致导致多花了近五百块钱，跟同程交涉后，让先入住，后面给补差价，结果旅行结束后就不承认了，一直也没给解决，建议大家以后不要用同程，直接联系酒店订，不用麻烦，不用生气，更不用花冤枉钱
