空调几乎不起作用，晚上睡觉都冻醒了，以前晚上还有服务员送水果，现在什么都没有了，三星级酒店就是这样的服务啊？？？在网站上下订单的时候选择7点之前到，结果我6点多到了，说无法办理入住，让我等到7点以后，如果7点前入住就要多交20元钱，为什么？？？？

前台给免费升级到豪华间，设施比189的新一点，不足之 处是地毯上烟头燎的洞比较多，建议更换。最后迟了十几分钟退房，还多收了20元一间，不怎么人性化。

这家酒店总体不错，入住的有一间房不知道是不是没有打扫干净，一股脑儿味道，反应后总台及时调换了。希望在各方面都能进一步改进。
