房间中央空调不好，第一次服务员让来半小时空调，后来还是不热，后来修空调师傅来了，修到10点半，里面赌了，我就想临沂10号都供暖了，酒店自己每个房间不排查吗？另外房间有蚊子，服务员很快送一个电蚊香;再就是房间布局不合理，床和沙发之间有个可旋转电视，一进门就看到电视背后的镜子朝着床，立刻毛骨悚然，后来服务员说可旋转才把镜子朝到沙发那边，不过心里该是疙疙瘩瘩，一晚上没睡好

有点失望，对不起我出的价格。入住时艺龙说好的礼品都没有，电话现要的。房间竟然有蚊子而且没有电蚊香。夜里1点电话要，到天明了也没送来。第二天，倒是不用要果盘了，咖啡没了，果盘里的苹果是烂的。硬件：房间配置倒是不错！软件服务差！
