酒店交通方便，附近有个万全商场和集贸市场，出行方便，房间卫生条件和服务做的都很到位，酒店有自己的停车场，停车很方便

服务员比较有礼貌，但是其他设施很差，餐厅点菜处靠近走有一股臭味！
洗澡间热水忽冷忽热！根本无法洗澡！房间极度霉味，蚊子很多！

这个酒店真的只能一般般，绝对达不到3星，还没有我们南方的连锁商务酒店好（比如锦江之星，汉庭等）而且服务员不诚实。而且我的确碰到了热水壶盖子坏的情况，还好我进了房间一会就发现，马上通知了总台，他们后来也就问了下情况，没有再说什么。但是后来我有1金色水晶手链忘记在房间的枕头底下，后来打电话去，他们竟然告诉我没有找的（因为当时我出门退房时他们打扫房间的服务号正好在我住的房间对面房间打扫，我马上就叫她去看了房间，所以我认为是不可能有其他客人进去拿了的）。

这家酒店服务还不错，当时轮胎扎了。酒店服务人员都很热心的帮忙卫生也还好，价格合理适中，就是那边比较乱，晚上会被电话骚扰。其它都还好可以考虑入住。
