酒店环境各方面都很不错，非常好！就是之前预定的单人间，来了后告诉我没有单间了，经过一番折腾也算是有了一个合适的处理。希望酒店和艺龙软件能够更好的去调适，不要再出现这样的问题了，不要让其他消费者也像我一样被处理。至少作为消费者，我并不满意于我定的单间给了标间这种处理方式。谢谢！
