2018国庆期间入住4间2晚，跟我说返现376元。事后忘了这事，直到春节想起，进账户一看，返现没了，也就是返给我的钱被收回了。😳既然是返给我的，那就是我的钱，凭你能处置？凭什么收回？60天不取出就是你们的了，你们这跟抢有啥区别？客户留在账户里的钱不取出，占用你们资源了？影响你们效率了？要有影响，也是给你没有成本的资金圈存。你们现在不仅拿了客户的利息，还吞了客户的本金，牛！牛！牛X!!!那是不是客户的东西予取予舍都由你商家决定么？！这事没个说法，我会继续向上投诉！

节假日的价格比平时贵了一半，酒店前台告诉我，我订的是豪华高级房，实际跟我一起朋友订的666房价是一模一样的，酒店实际是挂羊头卖狗肉，666和968的房价没有任何区别
