已经退了房间，理由是房间窗户的玻璃窗是关不上，换了几个房间也是一样的，原来总台告诉我们，这里的房间都是这样的，为了安全只能再去找别家了。这样的事情还是第一次碰到。无语。

从来没住过这么差的酒店，设施差，服务差！网上订还要200多块钱，我订的是有双早的，就给我一张早餐券，说我只住一人，可是我花了钱啊，难道我就不能让朋友陪吃早餐？还有我订了两晚，有急事赶回去，只住了一晚，就不给退。
