我在同程上预订的，预付了房费！我怕自己有消费让前台给我刷了1000的预授权，想退房时简洁一点！第二天早上我吃了早餐就房卡给前台说退房走了，车上在高速上我收到信息前台居然在预授权里又扣了一次房费，虽然事后一个电话就解决此事了！可作为消费者，对于这样不该有的失误还是觉得很不开心，如果我的信用卡没有短信提示呢？是不是就不知道了!但是除了这个小失误，总体入住体验还是很满意的，安静，卫生，早餐也不错！

服务人员态度很好，房间硬件也不错，只是标间的酒柜比行政间的少了些东西。却是付费用的，不理解为何有这样的差异。总评还是很不错的酒店。
