丽水老字号宾馆，官方招待所，其貌不扬，里面池塘小公园很有感觉，墙上挂满领导人来入住的照片，还有习大大的和宾馆员工的合影照片，早餐不错，很好吃，建筑物老了点

预定的套房，在酒店顶楼（共3层，没有电梯），酒店总体是园林式的，环境不错。装修有点旧，但是房间还是很舒适的，还配有电脑，和wifi。小的厅里没有电视感觉就有点鸡肋了。
