作为一个高档型酒店 前台服务态度这么差 给人非常不好的入住体验 酒店装修过于陈旧 空调开了跟没开一样 还有蚊子 建议酒店应该让员工培训完再上岗 不黑下次出行我绝对不会选择这家酒店 价格和服务不成正比 作为一个酒店管理出身的人 确确实实感觉没有做到人性化 我半夜入住的 还要楼上楼下跑 反正总结出来就是入住体验极差！！！！
