入住的时候，那前台拽的跟个二五八万似的，不跟你打招呼。我见一开始在帮人办离店，也没说要办入住，她也不搭理，后来又有人来办离店，我就跟她说要她先帮我办入住，她居然对我说为什么不早说！*！我能表示人不要脸天下无敌不？刷卡输密码也是我自己拿密码键盘，办完了入住也不告诉我哪个房间，电梯间在哪。总之，入住就是完全自主了，不能指望！顺便说一句，我在他们家洗个澡没感冒算我运气，放了半天热水都没反应。
