酒店处于闹市，步行一百米就可到江边散步，房间非常大，干净整洁，夜晚很安静，就是卫生间小了头，老装修有年头了，无地下停车场只能地面停车。早餐35元/人自助餐品种还丰富，晚饭在门口几十米的小娘舅解决的，价格实惠，味道很好，要关照少放点辣椒。

酒店所处地理位置优越 在遂昌县中心区域，酒店整体装修风格和标准在90年代算是较高，但目前而言设施还是多少有点过时了，但体验不受影响，基本功能设施兼具备。在当地县城中还算不错，可作为出行选择。
