多次入住该酒店，舒适性环境是很喜欢的！但这次入住发生了一些事情，让愉快的旅程有遗憾。6号晩上8点入驻车辆停在酒店内提供的正式停车位内，早上开车时发现左边车门被锐器划了很深很长一道，找了前台，前台联系监控室，监控室一位同志告知酒店内停车场免费，所以只负责看监控，不负责车损！因有事急于出行，拜托监控室调取监控负责反馈！该酒店安保应该加强，以确保每一位住宿客人的人身及财产安全，重视酒店的声誉，承担酒店应该承担的服务及责任!

酒店设施环境不错，有很大一个院子可以停车，对于因雪困在半路上的人来说，是一个很好的安慰了，酒店里有餐厅，可以送到房间，只是周围略偏
