我明明定的388的豪华间，她却给我308的普通间，找她换，她还有理，说就差一个麻将桌，其他都一样，算了，也懒得和她扯；前台人员实在不行，早餐也不行，除了稀饭，其它的还要定量，位置也偏，路牌指示只有4公里，实际跑了快10公里。
