到房间，发现床上有细碎的头发。退房时没说要扣我押金，等我走后，数小时后，我收到银行押金退还消息，发现押金给我扣了，我都不知道为何。打电话给酒店，说我把浴巾，毛巾弄脏了，荒唐，这种让客人使用的东西，也是能清洗的东西，弄脏并未造成无法使用，不告知客人情况下擅自扣费。没道理
