酒店服务很好，房间也干净卫生，没有异味，虽然是湖景房，但房间不潮湿，因为淡季，没开中央空调，用的房间里的空调！而且淡季早餐品种较少，但是能按自己要求的时间送到房间

酒店环境很好，湖景房可以一目了然的欣赏到万佛湖美景。前台服务员的服务态度非常好！客房打扫的整洁、干净。就是餐饮服务比较差！相互推卸责任！其实菜的味道还是不错的。另外建议：餐厅点菜应该有小份的，否则吃不完多学浪费！希望酒店能够加以改进！
