房间倒是不错 酒店服务员态度也很好 就是之前定的标间被换成了大床房 艺龙的接线员态度不好、没经我同意就退款了 也没有给我发赔付的短信 简言之：对酒店满意，对艺龙接线员不满意

住一楼的房间，地毯很脏，墙上都是霉斑，浴室防滑垫已经长了厚厚一层霉斑。早饭种类很少，八点钟去吃，一部分东西已经没了，问服务员说是不会再上。
