六安最资深的高档宾馆，没有之一，曾是中央领导视察皖西的下榻地，环境优雅、交通便利、温馨亲切，是我每次来六安都入住的地方。疫情期间各方面防控工作都很到位，测温消毒一个都不能少。尤其是前台接待人员，热情大方，体贴细致，处处为宾客着想！

大厅经理服务很好，看我拿的东西很多，问我要不要帮忙，我说不用她还跟上来，怕我拿了东西按电梯不方便，问我去几楼帮我按了电梯，真的很贴心啊！

酒店非常干净整洁。很细心，进门的时候有体温检查，然后还送了消毒小套装和一盘水果。
