房间确实大，北边不朝湖的房间特别吵，玻璃窗不隔音，外面的大车一夜呼啸。服务差，电话无人接，房间少这少那，自助餐品种少，9点就啥也没有了，晚上吃饭居然说节假日另加15%，实在无语！

其他都挺好，就是房间大小跟描述的不相符。而且我们定的豪华湖景双床房，一直以为是可以看到湖的，结果谁知道是对着路边的……前台给我们解释是因为酒店靠湖，就全部房间都叫湖景房……建议应该把房间改名为豪华双床房！
