这是一次让不愉快的入住，我在艺龙网预订时，看到房间描述为房间30平方，1.8米的床，由于是带小孩出门，所以需要床大点，看到这个描述后，我才决定下单，晚上十点左右到酒店后前台给我办理了入住，由于入住时间比较晚，为了及时让小孩睡觉，就给小孩洗澡了，但发现入住的房间特别小，床也是1.5米的，我就给艺龙客服反应情况，艺龙客服核实后就立马帮我升级为1.8米床的大床房，但酒店却要求我多付每个房间十块钱的清理费，说应该我一看到不对就应该跟前台反馈的，我哪里懂这里面的条条道道，最终艺龙也没能协调成功，我只好又交了二十元清理费，到大床房，发现墙上的腻子有脱落现象，浴室的喷头也不稳当，时常掉落下来，造成洗澡不便。
