酒店地理位置好，在柳州东风汽车厂旁边，到火车站，大龙潭，柳侯公园，文庙都不远，周边小吃，超市很多，生活便利，装修新净，干净卫生，早餐丰富，有20到30种中西点，还有侗族油茶和柳州螺蛳粉等，关键是服务贴心，刚到酒店就感受到服务热情，有帮忙洗眼镜，递毛巾檫手，大堂有罗汉果茶和金银花茶随便喝，大堂还有常用药品等免费出借，房间有青瓜面膜，小点心和欢迎水果，还有5本书籍免费看，一楼设书吧，很有氛围。有人不定时弹古筝。有品味。进门还养了一只八哥，很有生气。我们一家三人订了双标够住了。很温情，很贴心，下次来继续订。

环境不错，但是客房太小了，洗浴的地方也很小，动作稍微大点还碰到淋浴玻璃，早餐出品很丰富，但是味道一般般。
