进房间就被两个庞大的按摩椅吓到了，这两个收费的椅子放在房间当中的位置，很当事，想在写字台边做点什么就很困难。景色确实不错，窗外就对着人工瀑布，但窗帘脏，不太敢动，感觉一动就要落灰，床上用品干净。卫生间的门只有一半是毛玻璃，上下各四分之一都是透的，带着15岁的孩子住确实有点不方便。

这个酒店邻近柳江，设计风格很漂亮，江边散步，晚上看柳州特色音乐喷泉都很方便，这个地理位置不错，离五星步行街很近，去柳候祠和博物馆什么的也很方便，步行也不会很远，性价比很高的一家酒店哦

酒店大堂正对柳江亚洲第一人工瀑布群，江景很美！服务也很好，就是我们房间没窗，很闷！卫生间比房间高，要走台级上去，不方便。我是晚上到店，酒店没有明显的停车场标示，找的好辛苦，人人红酒店这几个字也是残缺不全，不过地理位置很好！

房间宽敞，干净整洁，配套设施齐全而且都比较新，热水24小时可使用。环境清雅，晚上不嘈杂，能很好的休息。服务也比较周到，还帮忙拿行李。
